This elegant seaside compound, built and continually owned by a prominent Neapolitan family, consists of a traditional Caprese style main house and freestanding guest cottage, showcasing traditional decorative and design details, is framed by 2 acres of idyllic subtropical garden of bougainvillea, olive groves and lemon trees elegantly arranged on the iconic terraces found throughout the coast.

A seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle provides direct contact with nature and stunning views, in numerous communal and private lounging and dining areas, culminating at the swimming pool with its floating sun deck shaded by a canopy of sculptural olive trees.

Located in the hamlet of Marciano, near to Massa Lubrense with efficient access to all points on both the Amalfi and Sorrentine coasts as well as Capri, Ischia and Naples; the villa enjoys easy walking/shuttle access to a charming full service beach club with restaurant and boat rentals.

• Daily Housekeeping (except Thursdays fro day off) and meal service that includes breakfast and 1 other meal that can be prepared by caretaker with renter paying for cost and food.

• Landline telephone: local charges included, long distance/international extra (pre-paid card suggested or use your cells).
• Wireless Internet included.
• Personal laundry and ironing not included: caretaker can provide for additional fee.
